Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy explains Crestpal's position on final sales, non-returnable goods, limited exception handling, and statutory rights. It should be read together with the Terms of Use and Sale. Crestpal's stated business policy is that goods once sold cannot be returned.

All sales are final

Crestpal maintains a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy. Subject only to non-excludable rights under applicable law and any written exception expressly approved by Crestpal, all completed sales are final, and goods once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This all-sales-final rule applies to online orders, store pickup orders, delivered orders, promotional sales, discounted products, campaign merchandise, seasonal stock, and any item purchased using a coupon, referral benefit, or other promotional mechanism.

No change-of-mind returns or exchanges

Crestpal does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, color preference, late change in branding preference, mistaken order entry, duplicate order placed by the customer, or failure by the customer to read product descriptions, sizing guidance, or shipping timelines.

Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before payment, including product type, quantity, size, color, customization details, shipping method, destination information, and contact information.

Custom, branded, altered, and made-to-order goods

Custom, branded, personalized, altered, measured, embroidered, printed, or otherwise made-to-order goods are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once work has started, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. This includes goods produced using customer-supplied logos, names, campaign art, measurements, or special instructions.

Because such goods are created or prepared specifically for the customer, Crestpal may also refuse cancellation after design approval, production scheduling, cutting, branding preparation, or procurement steps have begun.

Inspection on receipt and reporting issues

You should inspect your order promptly on delivery or pickup. If you believe the item delivered is materially defective, materially misdescribed, or the wrong item was supplied, you should notify Crestpal as soon as reasonably possible using your order reference and supporting evidence such as photos, quantity details, packaging details, and a description of the issue.

Failure to report a visible issue promptly may affect Crestpal's ability to investigate the claim with warehouses, stores, carriers, or payment providers, although Crestpal will still consider statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limited exceptions Crestpal may review

Although the default rule is no returns and no refunds, Crestpal may review a request where there is credible evidence of a fulfillment error or a legal requirement to provide a remedy. Any such review is at Crestpal's discretion unless the law requires a particular outcome.

Examples of situations Crestpal may investigate include the following:

  • The wrong product, wrong quantity, or materially different product was delivered by Crestpal.
  • The goods arrived with a verified manufacturing defect or damage not caused after delivery or pickup by the customer, carrier recipient, or third-party handling outside Crestpal's control.
  • A refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy is required by non-waivable consumer protection or sale-of-goods law.
If Crestpal approves a refund

Where Crestpal voluntarily approves a refund or where a refund is legally required, Crestpal will generally attempt to issue it to the original payment method or through another lawful channel Crestpal determines is appropriate. Processing time after approval may depend on payment provider, bank, mobile money operator, or card network timelines.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, courier surcharges, customization costs, or third-party fees may remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, especially where the underlying service has already been performed or the cost was incurred specifically for your order.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a payment error occurred, you should contact Crestpal first so we can review the issue. Unsupported, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, debt recovery efforts, legal action, or refusal of future service where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising rights you may have under mandatory law or your payment provider's legitimate dispute process, but Crestpal reserves all rights to contest inaccurate or bad-faith claims.

How to contact Crestpal about an issue

For any order issue, contact Crestpal using the support channels shown on the site, including cs@crestpal.com, and include your order reference, your full name, the relevant item details, and supporting evidence.

Before publication, your lawyers should review this policy against the laws of all countries where Crestpal sells or markets products, particularly because a blanket no-return rule may need statutory carve-outs in some jurisdictions.
